Creativity for the Conscious Mind.

This is a space where the rhythms of creativity and mindfulness meet. I write about the ebb and flow of creative work—how we build momentum, navigate uncertainty, and find renewal in the quiet moments.

This isn’t a “how-to” guide or a step-by-step manual. It’s a collection of reflections, ideas, and stories for people who live in the tension between inspiration and burnout, ambition and rest. Through short essays and occasional photos from my archives (I’m also a photographer), I explore what it means to create with intention, joy, and sustainability.

As someone who wears many hats—writer, photographer, dreamer—I’ve wrestled with the same challenges you might be facing: How do you find time to create when life feels chaotic? How do you balance your drive to produce with your need to breathe? How do you keep your creativity alive for the long haul? These are the questions I live through and write about here.

When you subscribe, here’s what you’ll find in your inbox:

  • Essays on Creativity and Mindfulness: Short, reflective pieces exploring the rhythms of creative work, from building momentum to embracing rest.

  • Art History We Can Learn From: Stories and lessons from artists and movements that resonate with today’s creative challenges.

  • Books to Inspire: Thought-provoking recommendations and insights from the books that fuel my creative practice.

  • Quotations That Resonate: Words of wisdom from writers, thinkers, and creators that spark deeper reflection.

  • Photography and Visual Inspiration: Occasional personal photos and images that capture the details we often overlook.

  • Videos and More: A curated mix of ideas, tools, and resources to keep you inspired and connected to your work.

And if you made it this far… I like to include little secrets so you and I can get to know one another.

Fun facts that influence what I write and why:

  • I am a designer who originally wanted to be an artist, but I was too practical to pursue a degree in arts.

  • I am a yoga and meditation teacher who has built in-person and digital communities to help share yoga with more people while ensuring teachers are paid.

  • I have been a dirt poor freelancer. So I know exactly how that feels.

  • I still get anxious about financial stability and feel for those who crave it.

  • I am a work in progress, much like my art.

  • I was born in Poland, I am an immigrant, and that is a whole other can of worms that I am still unpacking.
